1. Purpose
Apogee is a SaaS platform for automating the management of advertising campaigns on social media (Meta Ads). These Terms of Service govern the use of the service accessible at app.apogee.ad.

3. Access to the Service
Access requires creating an account and connecting via Meta (Facebook). The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided.
4. Service Description
Apogee enables: bulk upload of advertising creatives, automated creation of campaigns/ad sets/ads on Meta Ads, performance analysis, and AI assistance (Autopilot).
5. Pricing
Prices are displayed excluding tax on the pricing page. The subscription is monthly or annual, automatically renewable. Payment is managed by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
6. Duration and Termination
The subscription is without commitment. The user can cancel at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Liability
Apogee acts as a technical intermediary between the user and the Meta APIs. Apogee does not guarantee advertising performance or the availability of third-party APIs (Meta, Google). Apogee shall not be held liable for configuration errors made by the user.
8. Intellectual Property
The Apogee service, its code, design and brand are the exclusive property of APOGEE SAS. Advertising content (creatives, copy) remains the property of the user.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nanterre, France.
11. Amendments
Apogee reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified by email.
