Do prices include tax?
No, prices are shown before tax. The tax that applies is calculated on the payment page, before you confirm, based on your country and VAT number. Prices are billed in euros by default; the amounts are the same numbers in dollars, euros and pounds, and the payment page shows the currency you are billed in.
What does "per seat" mean?
Each person who uses Apogee is one seat. The number of Meta ad accounts is unlimited on every plan: a media buyer running ten accounts pays for one seat. In a workspace, added seats are invoiced immediately, prorated for the remaining period.
Can you try Apogee before paying for a plan?
Yes. When you sign up, you pick a plan and try it for 7 days, with everything it includes and no ad limit (on Scale, Done For You starts from the first payment), for €1; a credit card is required. Is there a commitment?
Not on monthly plans. During the 7-day trial, canceling from the app (Billing page, "Cancel trial" button) stops the plan from being charged. After that, you cancel at any time from the Billing page, "Manage or cancel subscription" button; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same length.
Can you change plans along the way?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan, or from monthly to annual, is done in the app and takes effect immediately; the difference for the remaining period is charged prorated. To move to a lower plan or from annual to monthly, email hello@apogee.ad.
Is there agency pricing?
Yes. How does payment work?
Payment is handled by Stripe, in advance: €1 at sign-up for the trial, then the plan on day 7 and at each renewal. Apogee does not store your card numbers. Invoices are available in the app, on the Billing page, and in the Stripe billing portal.
Are payments refunded if you cancel?
No, unless mandatory law or a goodwill gesture applies: a monthly or annual period that has started is not refunded, but you keep access to paid features until the period ends. If Apogee discontinues a plan, the share for the unused period is refunded.
